Issues Involving the IRS Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System

Jeffries M. Hamilton, FBT Gibson

Jeff concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits, with nearly 30 years of experience in this area. He has successfully represented clients with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. He has made numerous presentations on various aspects of employee benefit law, including cafeteria plans, HIPAA privacy compliance, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, and required minimum distributions. Jeff has particular experience with 403(b) tax-deferred annuity plans and employees benefits for tax exempt and non-profit companies.

Registration begins at 11:30am to allow time for networking and socializing
Speaker presentations begin between 12:00pm – 12:15pm
Meetings normally conclude between 1:00pm – 1:15pm
