Kirk – Partner\, Bricker Graydon\nJohn Kirk practices in the employee benefits area\, focusing in comprehensive support for employers of all sizes\, public and private\, for\, as well as nonprofit organizations. His expertise spans various facets of employee benefits\, including design\, implementation\, and compliance across tax-qualified plans such as 401(k) plans\, 403(b) plans\, ESOPs\, and defined benefit plans. John also advises employers on nonqualified deferred compensation\, health and welfare programs\, including ACA compliance\, and employee fringe benefit plans. \nJohn has extensive experience representing plan sponsors\, trustees\, and fiduciaries in transactions involving ESOPs. He guides companies through the entire ESOP life-cycle\, including acquisitions\, divestitures\, and administration matters post-acquisition. John further assists ESOP entities with governmental audits/investigations and litigation. \nBeyond ESOPs\, John assists employers in designing and implementing qualified and non-qualified plans\, including stock options\, deferred compensation\, and other incentive plans.  He works with employers to help modify and administer both small and large defined benefit and defined contribution plans\, supplemental retirement programs\, equity compensation programs\, and health and welfare arrangements. His practice also includes all aspects of retirement plan work for nonprofit and governmental employers (e.g.\, 403(b)\, 457(b)\, and 457(f) plans). \n  \nRegistration begins at 11:30am to allow time for networking and socializing\nSpeaker presentations begin between 12:00pm – 12:15pm\nMeetings normally conclude between 1:00pm – 1:15pm\nGuests are welcome and encouraged to attend at a cost of $40.
