RSVP by January 12th. \nERISA Litigation Update\nScott Stitt\, Partner\nTucker Ellis \nJoin us for a discussion about current ERISA litigation activity. \nScott Stitt’s national litigation practice focuses on three overlapping areas: ERISA and employee benefits disputes\, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) matters\, and business and employment litigation. Scott chairs the Tucker Ellis ERISA Litigation and ESOP practices and is the Partner-in-Charge of the Columbus office. \nRegistration begins at 11:30am to allow time for networking and socializing\nSpeaker presentations begin between 12:00pm – 12:15pm\nMeetings normally conclude between 1:00pm – 1:15pm\nGuests are welcome and encouraged to attend at a cost of $40.
