Gutwein\, II\nFaegre Drinker\nPartner\n\n\n\nPhil Gutwein focuses his practice on employee benefits law. He helps employers and fiduciaries design plans\, operate within tax and benefits regulations\, structure executive compensation\, manage benefits issues during transactions and resolve benefits-related disputes (ERISA and non-ERISA).\n\n\n\n\nPhil represents selling shareholders\, employers\, trustees\, third-party administrators and fiduciary ESOP committees regarding the structure\, installation and administration of ESOPs\, and counsels on the governance\, sale and acquisition of ESOP-owned companies. \nMonthly meetings are now the third Tuesday of the month. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration begins at 11:30am to allow time for networking and socializing\nSpeaker presentations begin between 12:00pm – 12:15pm\nMeetings normally conclude between 1:00pm – 1:15pm\n\n\nGuests are welcome and encouraged to attend at a cost of $40.
