Pedowitz\, FSA\, EA\, MAAA\, FCA\nSenior Principal\, Mercer\nAaron Pedowitz is a Senior Principal with Mercer’s Career practice out of the Louisville\, KY office. Aaron has nearly 20 years of experience assisting clients with the benchmarking\, design\, compliance\, financing and administration of remuneration programs (both compensation and benefits). He additionally focuses on the appropriate disclosure and communication of retirement benefits for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Aaron is also a member of Mercer’s national Executive Benefits Group.\n\nAaron consults with clients in multiple industries to address executive and workforce remuneration matters\, including recent projects with manufacturing\, high tech\, financial services\, supply chain\, insurance\, health care\, higher education\, utilities\, and medical device companies. \nAaron is a member of Mercer’s CEO pay ratio task force\, and has been interviewed by multiple media sources on the topic. \nBefore joining Mercer\, Aaron worked with Ernst & Young LLP in an actuarial audit capacity\, and at ING Group (now Voya Financial)\, specializing in analyzing and valuing general / separate account universal life products. \nAaron received a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University with a major in mathematics and a minor in comparative religion. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries\, an Enrolled Actuary\, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries\, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. \n\n\nMonthly meetings are now the third Tuesday of the month.\n\n\n\nRegistration begins at 11:30am to allow time for networking and socializing\nSpeaker presentations begin between 12:00pm – 12:15pm\nMeetings normally conclude between 1:00pm – 1:30pm\n\n\nGuests are welcome and encouraged to attend at a cost of $40.
