In order to truly meet employers where they need\, Employee Benefits Brokers\, Carriers\, and Technology/Enrollment firms must shift from being a vendor of services to being a partner in the customer journey and with each other. When that partnership occurs\, the benefits are seen at every level\, especially by the employees. \nPalmer Coleman\nRegional Sales Executive \nBenefit Communications Inc. \nMonthly meetings are now the third Tuesday of the month.\n\n\n\nRegistration begins at 11:30am to allow time for networking and socializing\nSpeaker presentations begin between 12:00pm – 12:15pm\nMeetings normally conclude between 1:00pm – 1:30pm\n\n\nGuests are welcome and encouraged to attend at a cost of $40.
