Steve has extensive actuarial experience assisting clients with strategic and ongoing activities related to their defined benefit (qualified and nonqualified)\, defined contribution and postretirement benefit plans. Steve confers with clients on strategic retirement financial management and plan design issues. His responsibilities include consulting with clients on funding and financial reporting requirements\, retirement program design\, defined benefit plan investment strategies and nondiscrimination testing services. \nSteve graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)\, an Enrolled Actuary (EA)\, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)\, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA). \nConnor Killard\, EA\, MAAA\, ACA\nConnor Killard is an Assistant Vice President and Consulting Actuary at USI Consulting Group. Connor consults with employers to learn their business objectives and provides guidance on new and existing retirement plans. Connor works on all aspects of funding and accounting for defined benefit plans\, defined contribution plans\, and post-retirement medical plans. He also advises and assists clients through all aspects of the plan termination process. Additionally\, Connor provides assistance in mergers and acquisitions by reviewing current plans and creating improved replacement plans. \nConnor is an Enrolled Actuary (EA)\, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)\, and an Associate of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (ACA).
