He has over 20 years of global corporate finance\, capital markets and ESOP experience at industry-leading investment banks. Albert holds FINRA 79 & 63 Licenses. \nAlbert began his career at Merrill Lynch where he helped execute over 50 equity and equity-linked investment offerings totaling more than $18 billion. He then joined the Credit Suisse capital markets group in New York where he collaborated on 45 public equity offerings totaling $6 billion. Afterwards\, Albert joined the Sao Paolo office\, working on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. \nPrior to ButcherJoseph & Co.\, he was a member of the Global Industrials Group at Morgan Stanley\, where he advised public and privately held companies on corporate finance\, capital markets and the structuring and execution of shareholder liquidity transactions involving the sale of equity to employees\, management\, and private equity investors. \nAlbert was chosen as one of the Top 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business in 2022 by St. Louis Small Business Monthly. In 2014\, he was selected as a winner of The M&A Advisor’s 40 Under 40 Dealmaker Recognition Awards.  As a champion for employee ownership\, Albert is a member of Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA)\, The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). \nAlbert graduated cum laude from Harvard College and holds a Master of Science degree in foreign policy from Georgetown University where he was recognized for academic excellence. He currently serves as Treasurer and Member of the Board of the St. Louis International Institute Community Development Corporation. Oringer – Partner and General Counsel\, The Wagner Law Group\nAndrew heads the New York office of the Wagner Law Group and serves as its General Counsel. His expertise extends to a broad array of issues relating to ERISA and executive compensation. He advises clients regarding their pension and welfare plans and arrangements\, benefits-related tax matters and fiduciary issues arising in connection with the investment of plan assets\, and has extensive experience with executive compensation representing employers as well as individual executives. Andrew’s advice to clients encompasses all aspects of corporate transactions and initial public offerings in which benefits and compensation issues play a central part. He regularly counsels financial institutions and plan fiduciaries regarding investments\, and has been instrumental in designing intricate investment structures to address complex ERISA issues. As General Counsel\, Andrew addresses a variety of ethical issues impacting an ever-growing law firm. \nNationally known for his experience with ERISA and matters relating to executive compensation\, Andrew is a frequent speaker and writer on a wide variety of topics.
