SAVE THE DATE for the Holiday Social – December 7th. \nTalent Trends in Benefits \nSteve Kapper\nKorn Ferry \nJoin us for a discussion about talent trends in benefits\, including: \n\nThe Emergence of Well-Being as a Workforce Strategy\nLeveraging the Benefits Portfolio to Enhance Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives \nOptimizing Benefits Cost and Ensuring Fiduciary Responsibility\n\nSteve Kapper is a Client Partner in the Total Rewards practice of Korn Ferry\, where he leads U.S. benefits.  Steve consults to numerous private and public sector clients of varying sizes across the country.  He develops optimal and cost-efficient benefits programs aligned with organizational\, talent and total rewards strategies\, which enable employers to attract\, retain\, and engage their workforce. \nSteve holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Statistics and Applied Mathematics from the University of California\, Berkeley. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). \nRegistration begins at 11:30am to allow time for networking and socializing\nSpeaker presentations begin between 12:00pm – 12:15pm\nMeetings normally conclude between 1:00pm – 1:15pm\nGuests are welcome and encouraged to attend at a cost of $40.
