Sandy Lincoln of BMO Asset Management U.S. will present "Economic Update."
Mr. Lincoln is the Chief Market Strategist for BMO Asset Management U.S., a part of BMO Global Asset Management. He joined M&I Investment Management Corp., which is now a part of BMO Asset Management U.S., in 2008 as a Senior Vice President and Investment Strategist. He has more than 30 years of investment management and consulting experience.
After beginning his career as a trust officer with Continental Bank (Chicago), Mr. Lincoln has served in consulting roles as a Vice President at A.G. Becker and as President and a member of the Board of Mercer Global Asset Consulting. Subsequently he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Kemper Institutional Asset Management Company and Chief Investment Officer of its parent, Kemper Corporation, where he oversaw Kemper's $50 billion portfolio of mutual fund, institutional and insurance assets. Thereafter, Mr. Lincoln was the Chief Operating Officer at Lincoln Capital Managment in Chicago ($60 billion in managed assets), Chief Investment Officer of Lake Forest Capital Management, and Chief Market Strategist at Wayne Hummer Asset Managment Company, Chicago.
Mr. Lincoln received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University, and his MBA in Finance from Loyola University. He has made regular appearances on CNBC, CNN, WGN, Bloomberg, and the Nightly Business Report, and has been quoted in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily, and the Chicago Tribune.

Jodi Mitchell, Executive Director of Kentucky Voices for Health will present Health Care Reform.
odi Mitchell of Kentucky Voices for Health will present on "The New Health Care Reform Law: What It Means for Kentuckians."
Jodi Mitchell is Executive Director of Kentucky Voices for Health, a coalition of more than 250 supporting organizations whose common goal is to improve health care access, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health care delivery, and improve children's health. Ms. Mitchell came to KVH in April 2010 with over ten years of health care policy and advocacy experience on both the state and federal level. A substantial portion of her efforts have focused on provider and consumer issues, and building coalitions united to achieve common goals and grassroots mobilization.
Prior to coming to KVH, Ms. Mitchell served as a Principal for McCarthy Strategic Solutions, where she assisted with the development and implementations of government relations, business development, and advocacy plans for various clients. Ms. Mitchell had relocated to Kentucky in 2008 from Washington, DC where she had utilized her expertise in Medicare policy to advance the interests of the American Optometric Association through public relations, legislative strategy and advocacy. Ms. Mitchell has also served as Associate Director of Government Relations at the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and as Director of Health Care Policy for the American Academy of Audiology. Her extensive experience provision of lobbying services and strategic counseling on health care policy has also included government relations positions with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and with Smith, Bucklin and Associates. Ms. Mitchell began her career in the Ohio legislature, working for three State Representatives as a legislative assistant covering health and education issues.
Ms. Mitchell graduated with honors from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. She serves currently on the Kentucky Regional Extension Center External Advisory Board, the Kentucky Cancer Consortium Steering Committee, the Kentuckiana Healthcare Collaborative, the Child Advocacy Today Advisory Board, the the Passport KCHIP Coalition Advisory Committee.
